Chris WinterbothamPeter Alward
Chris has over 25 years' of experience covering advice and financing in relation to M&A and projects in the energy, power, infrastructure and resources sectors. His experience includes PPPs, transport and water infrastructure, commercial feasibility analysis and financing of large projects, structured finance, capital markets and interest rate & foreign exchange derivatives.

Prior to establishing Caldrex in 2004, Chris headed the Project, Energy & Utilities advisory group at BNP Paribas. He has also gained experience across a range of banking activities with a number of other investment banks including Macquarie Bank, Morgan Grenfell, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Barclays, and has acted for a number of multinational corporations.
Peter has more than 30 years experience in the health, retail, commercial, residential, and hospitality property arenas in Australia, south east Asia and the Pacific. He has led diverse teams of professionals in the areas of strategy and visioning, social enterprise, engineering, construction, planning and development, due diligence, valuation, legal, financial, facilities and asset management.

Peter has extensive senior executive level experience at board level with a diverse range of property groups throughout Australia. Until recently he was a Senior Executive and Trustee at The Salvation Army. He has also served on commercial and government boards, including the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, and has managed large and diverse property portfolios around Australia valued at up to $5 billion. He is currently a Non Executive and Board Director of both Youth Connections and also Pacific Link Housing a Community Housing Provider on the NSW Central Coast.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Applied Finance.Engineering Trades, Diploma in Business, Real Estate Agent, Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Phil OwenGordon Wing-Lun
Phil has 30+ years' experience in corporate finance, treasury, property and project finance.
Phil has spent the past 10yrs consulting in the Community Housing Sector, property development, commercial and strategic advice and transaction structure and strategic advice. Clients include many Tier 1 Community Housing Organisations and Government.
Gordon is an investment banking consultant with 30+ years of experience. Gordon has advised clients on major funding with leading roles of structuring, arranging, managing and negotiating transactions to completion.
Gordon has worked internationally for BNP Paribas, NM Rothschild and HSH Nordbank.
Gordon has significant public sector finance experience. He was General Manager Corporate Finance for NSW Treasury Corporation, advising on many of the early NSW PPPs between 1990-94.
More recently Gordon was the strategic funding adviser to two different major Community Housing Providers, being for:
• NSW SAFH 1, arranging over A$100 million of senior limited recourse debt, including concluding senior debt term sheets; and
• NSW SAFH 2, arranging over A$120 million of senior and subordinated, including concluding senior and subordinated debt term sheets as well as the intercreditor agreement.
