Chris WinterbothamPeter Alward
Chris has over 25 years' of experience covering advice and financing in relation to M&A and projects in the energy, power, infrastructure and resources sectors. His experience includes PPPs, transport and water infrastructure, commercial feasibility analysis and financing of large projects, structured finance, capital markets and interest rate & foreign exchange derivatives.

Prior to establishing Caldrex in 2004, Chris headed the Project, Energy & Utilities advisory group at BNP Paribas. He has also gained experience across a range of banking activities with a number of other investment banks including Macquarie Bank, Morgan Grenfell, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Barclays, and has acted for a number of multinational corporations.
Peter has more than 30 years’ experience in the health, retail, commercial, residential, and hospitality property arenas in Australia, south east Asia and the Pacific. He has led diverse teams of professionals in the areas of strategy and visioning, social enterprise, engineering, construction, planning and development, due diligence, valuation, legal, financial, facilities and asset management.

Peter has extensive senior executive level experience at board level with a diverse range of property groups throughout Australia. Until recently he was a Senior Executive and Trustee at The Salvation Army. He has also served on commercial and government boards, including the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, and has managed large and diverse property portfolios around Australia valued at up to $5 billion. He is a currently a Non-Executive Board Director of Youth Connections Group, based on the Central Coast.

Mike van NiekerkBrian Satterthwaite
Mike has over 25 years of experience financial services (AMP wealth and asset management) and media sectors (ABC, Consolidated Press) with extensive domestic and international experience working with the most senior level executives and their teams on corporate finance and strategy.

His capabilities are strategy development & execution, financing & structuring transactions, M&A, investment analysis & funds management and sustainability.
Brian is a finance executive with over 28 years' of banking experience in Australia working with a number domestic and international financial institutions. He has had roles in retail banking, credit, corporate, project and structured finance. For the 10 years to March 2017, Brian was the Sydney Chief Representative of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA, a large international Spanish bank.

He has extensive experienced in the financing of deals in the Infrastructure, Transport, Aviation, Resources, Water, Health, Oil and Gas sectors.

He is a Board Member of the Spanish Australian Chamber of Commerce.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce (Honors), MBA, CPA. (currently finalising a Masters in Sustainability). Professional associations include ASCPA, AICD, FINSIA.Qualifications: Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University and Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
Tim ScholefieldCharles Nieuwoudt
Tim has over 30 years' experience in conventional and unconventional oil and gas and renewables. This includes leading subsurface (geoscience, engineering, drilling and completions) and Australian oil and gas exploration and production businesses.

As General Manager Geothermal Developments, Tim was accountable for managing worldwide geothermal interests including Joint Ventures in Chile, Indonesia, Australia and Origin Energy's geothermal interest in Contact Energy (New Zealand). He has been involved in acquisitions, divestments and the assessment and development of small, medium and large scale energy and resources projects.

He spent 2 years leading the analysis and design for enterprise-wide transformation of production and maintenance processes and systems to improve operational efficiency
Charles has over 27 years' experience in corporate transactions and project development in the energy and mining sectors. He held senior corporate development roles at Origin Energy and BHP Billiton and managed numerous major acquisitions, divestments and joint venture transactions.

Charles has led the negotiation, transaction execution and establishment of several international renewable energy joint ventures and served on the boards of these companies. He developed strategic partnerships and led negotiations with local stakeholders and governments as well as negotiations of shareholder, joint venture, infrastructure development, land access, power purchase and other key project agreements.

Charles has significant experience in Australia, Indonesia, Chile, PNG and South Africa. Charles also played a key role in Billiton's coal business development activities in Australia, Indonesia and China.

Eric RansonPaul Finn
Eric has spent 30 years in corporate and consulting roles on financial and actuarial issues. His experience includes roles as a financial derivatives Dealer, a Treasurer, a Fund Manager, a Banker and an Actuary for companies including Swiss Re, GIO, Bankers Trust and Towers Perrin.

Eric has been involved in many start-ups and has written and presented many papers on derivatives, insurance and finance.
Paul has over 25 years' experience in project and structured finance. He has worked on projects across Australia, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Paul has worked on a broad range of transactions including thermal and renewable power, infrastructure, transport, water; along with mining, energy and natural resources extraction and processing.

Paul spent six years with ANZ Banking Group based in Melbourne, Singapore and Sydney as Global Head of Project & Structured Finance and Managing Director, Specialised Lending responsible project, export- (ECA) and asset-based finance across Asia-Pacific, Europe and Americas.

Prior to ANZ, he worked at Standard Chartered Bank and BNP Paribas after starting his career at Westpac Banking Corporation.
